Delivery SLA & Turnaround Standards

Predictable speed, audited QA pipelines, and transparent communication protocols.

Last updated September 2026

1. Working Hours

Standard pod operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the agency partner's primary timezone.

Weekend and public holiday coverage is available on dedicated retainers by prior arrangement. Tasks submitted outside working hours enter the queue at the next business day's start.

2. Turnaround Targets

Minor tasks (tag updates, custom fields, email sequence adjustments, small copy edits): 12–24 business hours.

Standard implementations (landing pages, GHL snapshot setups, workflow builds, tracking and pixel setup): 24–48 business hours.

Full agency builds (multi-step funnels, full CRM migrations, advanced API and webhook architectures): 3–5 business days with staged milestone reviews.

3. Communication Standards

Communication runs through a dedicated Slack pod channel or your ClickUp/Asana workspace — whichever your team already lives in.

Slack response time: within 60–120 minutes during working hours.

Daily async standups: an end-of-day written summary of what was completed, what is in progress and what is blocked, so nothing needs chasing.

4. Three-Tier QA Audit Protocol

Every build passes a 3-tier internal QA audit before staging handoff: (1) form and funnel validation, (2) SMS and email deliverability testing, (3) CAPI, pixel and conversion tracking verification.

No asset reaches your client until all three tiers pass and are signed off by the pod QA lead.

5. Revisions & Escalation

Unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until full agency sign-off. Out-of-scope architectural additions are estimated separately before execution.

Urgent production-breaking issues are escalated to the pod lead immediately and triaged ahead of the standard queue.
