Straight Answers

No fluff. Here's exactly how this works.

Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before onboarding, work exclusively under your brand, and never contact your clients directly unless you explicitly invite us into a shared channel using your domain and branding.

During onboarding we map every tool you use and set up sub-accounts or role-limited seats — GoHighLevel, WordPress, ad platforms, Make, and ClickUp. We never require owner credentials, and access is revoked on request within one business day.

You submit tasks through a shared board (ClickUp, Trello, Asana or your own system) or directly to your Project Manager in Slack. Each request gets an estimate, an owner, and a delivery date before work begins.

Retainer plans roll over up to 20% of unused hours into the following month, provided the account remains active. Pay-as-you-go sprints are billed only for hours actually delivered and approved.

The onboarding sprint takes 5-10 business days depending on tier. That covers access mapping, SOP handover, board setup and your first pilot deliverables, so you see real output inside the first two weeks.

Retainers run month to month after the onboarding sprint. Give us 30 days' notice to pause, scale down, or switch to pay-as-you-go — no long-term lock-in.
